1. Third-party disclaimer

SmuleVault is an independent tool operated by Execross. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Smule, Inc. in any way. The official Smule website is available at smule.com.

2. What we collect

When you visit or use SmuleVault, a small amount of technical information is logged automatically. Here is what that includes and why:

• IP address - used to detect abuse, block malicious traffic, and apply rate limits. It is not linked to any account or personal identity.
• Browser and device info - browser type, operating system, and client category. We collect this to catch broken integrations, handle edge cases, and make the experience more reliable across different devices. Nothing here identifies you personally.
• Request metadata - which endpoint was called, the HTTP status code returned, and response time. Used purely for monitoring and debugging.
• Referring URL - the page or source that sent you here, if one exists. Used for basic traffic analysis.

None of this is connected to a personal identity. We do not have user accounts or persistent profiles of any kind.

3. What happens to download requests

When you paste a Smule link into the tool, it is sent to our processing API to retrieve the public media in real time. We act strictly as a delivery bridge between you and Smule's public CDN. We do not host, store, cache, or archive any media files on our servers. Everything streams directly from Smule's servers to your device.

All download-related data is automatically deleted within 12 hours. This includes your IP address, browser info, and the URL you submitted. There is no permanent record of what you downloaded or when.

4. What we do not collect

• No user accounts or persistent profiles.
• No permanent storage of submitted URLs or any downloaded content.
• No personally identifying tracking cookies set by us directly.
• No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and web beacons

Like most websites, SmuleVault uses cookies. These are used to store things like visitor preferences and which pages were accessed during a session. This information helps us improve the experience by tailoring content based on browser type and similar signals. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as expected if you do.

6. Google DoubleClick DART cookie

Google is one of the third-party vendors on our site and uses DART cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. If you would prefer to opt out of DART cookies, you can do so by visiting Google's ad and content network privacy policy at google.com.

7. Our advertising partners

8. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the platform. Each may process limited technical data as part of normal operation:

• Cloudflare - DNS resolution, DDoS protection, and performance caching.
• AWS - server infrastructure and hosting.
• Google AdSense - ad delivery and performance measurement.
• Smule CDN - all media files are served directly from Smule's servers, not ours.

9. Data retention

• Operational logs: deleted automatically within 30 days.
• Download request data (URL, IP address, browser info): deleted within 12 hours.
• Downloaded media: never stored on our servers at any point.

10. Children's privacy

SmuleVault does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us right away and we will remove it promptly.

11. Your rights

You can request deletion of any operational data associated with your usage by getting in touch with us. In most cases, that data will already have been removed automatically before you would need to ask.

12. Consent

By using SmuleVault, you agree to this Privacy Policy and its terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

13. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the changes will be reflected on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised policy. We recommend checking back periodically if this is something you want to stay on top of.
